KAR is a mobility technology company founded in 2010, beginning with automatic-transmission-based control technologies and becoming a certified Tier-1 partner of Hyundai Motor Company in 2011. Since then, the company has established itself as a trusted provider of advanced vehicle control and integration solutions. Today, KAR delivers mechatronics design, embedded control systems, and vehicle electrical/electronic integration technologies, offering comprehensive control-based solutions for autonomous driving and next-generation eco-friendly mobility. With our proprietary vehicle control platform, we specialize in the system retrofit and integration of autonomous vehicles and hydrogen-electric buses. Our engineering teams provide fully customized hardware and software designs tailored to each customer’s technical requirements. KAR also provides performance and durability testing, as well as system-integration verification services for OEM pre-production vehicles. Through dynamometer-based driving simulation, reliability testing, and quantitative evaluation under various conditions, we deliver technical reports that support product improvement and production readiness.
